GMGN vs Axiom vs Photon vs BullX, compared for pump.fun trading

Updated 4 October 2026 · by AtroX · Belphor Research · the data behind this guide

As of October 2026, GMGN, Photon and BullX each charge 1% of every buy and sell, and Axiom charges a 1% base less tier cashback, a net 0.95% to 0.75%, according to each tool's own documentation. They differ more in custody: Photon and BullX show a generated wallet's private key once, Axiom shows a seed phrase, and GMGN's wallet guide says its own wallets cannot export their keys, while its sniper guide describes export. BullX's app said on 3 October 2026 that trading on it has been disabled.

Key takeaways

The four side by side

Every cell comes from the tool's own documentation or app page, read on 3 October 2026, and says what the tool states, not how well it does it. Order types and data views not listed here may exist; a feature the documentation does not describe is left out rather than guessed.

Fees

Three of the four state the same 1% of every buy and sell: GMGN, Photon and BullX, each taken in SOL. Axiom's documentation states a net fee by tier, from 0.95% at its entry tier to 0.75% at its top tier, with the difference paid back as SOL cashback, a base it describes as starting at 1%, and a 10% discount for users who sign up through a referral link. On a round trip the interface fee is paid twice, so 1% a side is 2% of the position before pump.fun's fee, the network and slippage.

Custody: who holds the keys

The four documents describe three models. Photon and BullX generate a trading wallet and show its private key once, after which the user is the only backup. Axiom generates the wallet, shows a seed phrase the user can import into another wallet, and states that its key management runs on Turnkey's infrastructure. GMGN offers two paths: a browser wallet connected to it keeps its own keys, according to GMGN's blog, while for a wallet GMGN creates for a Telegram, Google or similar sign-in, GMGN's wallet guide says the private key cannot be exported on any chain and its sniper-bot guide describes exporting it. Is GMGN safe sets out what GMGN's pages say about that wallet, and what they leave out.

Status on 3 October 2026

BullX's NEO app showed a banner saying trading on that version of the app has been disabled, with withdrawals and wallet functions available as usual. The banner carries no date. A trader holding funds in a BullX wallet can still withdraw them, according to that banner.

Terminal, formerly Padre

Terminal is a memecoin trading terminal that pump.fun's own site links to from its menu, served at trade.padre.gg and at terminal.pump.fun; the page at padre.gg carries the Padre name and the same description. Its own pages, read on 4 October 2026, state little more than that. Its sign-in page describes it as available on Solana, Ethereum, BNB and Base and offers up to 35% cashback. Its terms of service name Inspired Acquisitions, Ltd. as Terminal's owner and operator, and describe Terminal as a non-custodial interface whose operator does not hold, access or control any digital assets, private keys or user funds. No public page of Terminal's states its trading fee or documents its order types, and its documentation address now redirects to the sign-in page, so those cells say so rather than borrowing a figure from a third party.

What this comparison leaves out

The four are execution and market-data tools. This page compares what they charge, hold and show; it does not cover what happens to a coin after a signal, which this comparison has not assessed as a standardized, published signal-outcome dataset. Belphor is not a terminal: it is a signal and discipline layer that detects pump.fun takeovers on-chain, scores each one 0 to 100 and publishes measured outcomes with their sample sizes, windows and missing readings. The measured base rate for a takeover is in how often a pump.fun takeover reaches +50%; the questions to ask any tool before giving it funds are in how crypto trading bots work.

Frequently asked

Which charges less, GMGN, Axiom, Photon or BullX?

As of October 2026, GMGN, Photon and BullX each state 1% of every buy and sell. Axiom states a 1% base, partly returned as cashback by tier for a net 0.95% to 0.75%, and 10% off for referred users. pump.fun's own 1.25% on the bonding curve comes on top of any of them.

Is BullX still working?

On 3 October 2026 the BullX NEO app showed a banner saying trading on that version of the app has been disabled and that withdrawals and wallet functions remain available.

Which of the four lets me export my private key?

By their own documentation, Photon and BullX show the trading wallet's private key once, and Axiom shows a seed phrase for recovery. GMGN's wallet guide says the private keys of GMGN wallets cannot be exported, while its sniper-bot guide describes export; a browser wallet connected to GMGN keeps its own keys.

The signal, and what it did next

Belphor records pump.fun takeovers on-chain, scores each signal 0 to 100 and publishes measured outcomes with their sample sizes, windows and missing readings. Reflex Bot is coming soon and priced separately. It is a signal and discipline layer with a published record, not a trading terminal.
